The acceptance of tickets for and entry into the Event is subject to the following terms and conditions and by submitting a registration form and attending the Event you agree that:

You accept these Terms and Conditions on your own behalf.

You confirm that you are over 18 years old.

WST will send you a confirmation upon receipt of your registration.

Once your place has been confirmed you will receive a link to your invitation. Upon acceptance, a copy of your invite will be seen on screen.

You will abide by the rules and regulations of the venue which are available at the venue and may be changed at the venue’s discretion as well as any other terms or conditions which may be included in the Confirmation or with the ticket.

WST has the right to alter or vary the programme for the Event or to reschedule or cancel all or part of the Event.

Transfer of tickets to other representatives within your organisation is permitted provided that you notify WST in advance.

Admission to the venue and the Event is at your own risk. Neither the venue nor WST will be held liable for any loss, cost, expense, injury or damage sustained at the venue and/or the Event except in respect of death or personal injury.

You are responsible for your behaviour whilst at the Event. You will be subject to the relevant ticketing terms and conditions and any and all relevant rules in place at the venue. WST reserves the right in their absolute discretion to exclude you from participation in the Event if you fail to comply with the directions of the WST or any companies associated with the Event or if you act in a manner that is dangerous to yourself or the public or its anti-social in any manner or which causes a disturbance or nuisance to others.

We may arrange for group photographs and/or video footage to be taken at the event for promotional purposes, including printed materials, editorial coverage, advertising, and online use. By registering, attendees agree that their image may be used in this manner. If you do not wish to be included in photographs or videos, please inform a member of our team upon arrival at the event.

With the exception of guide dogs, you are not permitted to bring any animals to the Event.

The unauthorised use of photographic and/or any other type of recording equipment at the Event is prohibited. Tapes, films or other recordings may be destroyed.

In order to avoid disruption to presenters and other audience members, latecomers may not be admitted.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by English law and you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

If any provision of these terms and conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the invalid or unenforceable provision shall be severed or amended in such a manner as to render the rest of the provisions and remainder of the agreement valid or enforceable.

WST reserves the right to alter or amend these Terms and Conditions without prior notification, and you will abide by such amended Terms and Conditions
